Is the helmet included?

No. Accessories are sold separately. Photos show a helmet for display only.

How do I attach the accessory?

1. CLEAN the helmet surface by wiping it and letting it dry.
2. PEEL the backing from the tape.
3. PRESS the adhesive firmly onto the helmet.
4. ATTACH the accessory and press firmly.

ParaWild uses industrial hook and loop.

Will it fit my helmet?

Our accessories are one-size for most kids and adult ski, snowboard, bike, and skate helmets. Check that your helmet has a reasonably flat contact area before ordering.

Will it stay on in weather?

ParaWild accessories are designed for mountain days. Press firmly during installation and check the attachment before and during use. Use your judgment in changing weather and conditions.

Can I use it on a motorcycle helmet?

Our accessories are made for ski, snowboard, bike, and skate helmets. Motorcycle helmet use is at your own judgment.

What is your return policy?

Unused, resalable items can be returned through your Shopify order or by emailing info@parawild.com. If your item arrives damaged, email info@parawild.com with photos so we can help. Shopify shipping and returns are separate from Amazon.

How do I care for my accessory?

Hand wash with mild soap and cool water. Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry. Air dry.
